Got called recently, everytime I answer it's busy tone. They keep calling back

Getting called several time a day by this number. The ID reads Allentown, PA

This number has been calling  a min.of 3 times every day, I have picked up & asked as nicely as possible for them to remove my number from their call list.  It's obvious that they are ignoring my requests!! They call as late as 9:00 p.m. & also on Sundays. Today, "Romeo" told me he'd take me off --but then wanted to tell me how important my opinion is... I told him my opinion is that they are just ignoring my requests & I'm tired of it!!! I
