I didn't p/u the call and caller didn't ring enough times to activate our ans. service.  I searched online for any info. and found 2 complaints linking this # to another 'IRS' scam.  When I called the # back (I know, I know!), it rang once and then there was dead silence - no click or anything - it just stopped ringing.  Between the complaints and the odd ring/silence when I called back, I am pretty confident in saying that this is a # to be avoided...SPAM/SCAM!!
