This number turned up on my December phone bill twice. In both cases, it was listed immediately after directory assistance calls that I did not make, but was charged for. The first call was at 6:58 am, the second at 3:56 pm on the same day. When I dialed the number today, I heard only a recording: "Enter your passcode then press enter." I could find no information on the number in various telephone databases.
