They are selling FAKE insurance. It is an out of the country robo-dialer calling all numbers even if you are on DO NOT CALL LIST. They farm these calls to so called insurance brokers. If you get them on the phone, keep them talking act as if you want the insurance. If you can keep them on the phone for 2 minutes that broker has to pay for the call. Then let them know you are not interested. They will hang up. But if you keep wasting their time, maybe they might give up
