Who called from 4842439169

Left a short voice message  (...hello ..... this is Jim Thompson ... is anybody there ... ) sounded exactly like an automated response setup.
Added to the blocked number list on my phone.

It doesn't do any good to ask scammers to not call or hit 5 to be taken off their call list - they are violating the law by calling in the first place and won't take you off their "list".
It also doesn't do any good to shout or scream at an automated answer/response system - they try to interpret what you say to formulate a response, hanging up and blocking is much easier.

Received call 1:30 PM  When I said "this call is being recorded" the man said I would be put on the do not call list and hung up.

Don't be soooooo rude.

Have had over 3 dozen calls from this number in 2 weeks. Doesn't leave message, doesn't respond when answered. Has called more than 5 times in 3 hours. At least political calls respond! ANNOYING! These types of calls should be banned!
These are almost as bad as someone calling and sexually harassing you on the phone!

They call every day at least once even though I never pick up.
