OMG this guy had me in tears thinking I was going to jail for a pay day loan I never took out somebody needs to stop this guy,he posed as an officer named Brandon Copper he used an old email address that I have not had in years yelled at me in some foregin language than hang up wow
The first tip off was that the call was BEFORE 8am, the second was that my message was marked as urgent. It gets better. The guy (shouting the entire time in that horrible accent) says that he is calling from some legal agency and is calling for Brian X, states an actual Social Security numnber (!!), and zip code. I am a female, I don't live in that zip code (and never had), and that was certainly not my SS#. I don't even know what he wanted, but I think he was trying to sound intimidating. He was just plain annoying. What a joke. Don't waste your time calling back, this is obviously somebody who has way too much time on their hands.
I dont know what to do..this guy called me..left me a message..So i called him back and he couldnt even talk to me..I asked him for this in writing and he hung up..SO i called him back and he told me im a "stupid [***] stinky black lady" im by far from any of those so I got really mad and i keep calling and he wont talk to me-He knows my social..He said he has my signature..I dont know what to do because he has my social security number and all my information and i DID NOT give it to him!!! helpppp
I recieved a voicemail from these guys saying that my social security number and residency was "under investigation" and that it was an "extremely urgent and tedious matter." I, of course, was freaked out so I called them back immediately. The line was busy until about ten minutes later, when I finally got someone to pick up. I could not even decipher what the man was saying, so I asked to speak with someone else. The next man I spoke with claimed that I had 3 filed lawsuits against me from loans I applied for on the internet, one being CashOne, and the others he was not able to name. At this point, I had asked over and over the name of their facility, which they provided me with "American Legal," "Legal services," and "Legal office." I asked to speak with a supervisor and another man came on the phone. I asked him where his office was based out of and he replied with "Pennsylvania." I asked again, and he asked me if I had a GPS. Then, when asked once more what the name of the facility is, he said "[***] you." BEWARE!!
