Called me claiming there hirex to collect an online loan from 2014 March asked information she hung up.. called back, same lady answer playing bumb founded... then kept claiming court fees and taking me to court.. asked for more info now the loan was taken out in march 2012.. under a comcast account email i closed in 2008 didnt remember the Email address untill she said ??? Read off my address...Ss#.. etc.. but the money was supposedly added to Metabank card which are Prepaid cards at that???? NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN 30YRS OF MY LIFE.. SO WHY? WOULD I PAY U, OH, WELL ILL LIST REFUSES TO PAY AN IT WILL COST THOUNDS IN COURT... FUNNY THING she called a house number which not in my name an only been active since 2013... An 30days from now it will show on my credit report..worried why? Didnt this loan company do it then that your claimiing i owe???? Scammmmers!!!!!
Person calling from one phone number now switching to another Making Harrassing calls regarding a restitution demanding money or taking me to court regarding a issue and told him that I will have my attorney contact him but he keeps cutting me off Name of person is Darrell Johnson and also Danny Jackson
Harassing calls saying they have court documents from a company that I never did business with. They are also calling someone with the same last name asking for a person with my name. How do I stop this? It is illegal and against FCC laws.

Got a call from these people claiming that I took out a loan in 2012 and there's a civil suit action against me...well when I checked the caller Id it said Lane Bryant...dont they sell big girl clothes and I'm far from it!!
