My call claimed to be from a warranty company. I've had many calls from this as well as other numbers claiming to be from a warranty company. Problem is... I don't own anything that has had a warranty associated with it. I actually like older vehicles. I asked the [***] on the other end of the line to put my number on the do not call list, and he immediately hung up on me. I've asked other callers to do the same, and they've complied, but this joker won't.
I later called the number back but could not get through to a live person. All I could get was a voice mail for "the next available operator"
This company has just called me. If I don't recognize the number as a client's, I let it go to voice mail (too many telemarketers). They did not leave a message...just didn't hang up the phone for about a minute.
The last time this company called I stayed on the line and pushed the buttons so I could talk to someone. They weren't calling for anybody specifically and wanted to sell a car warranty. I told them not to call anymore.
I get calls from this number about once a week, but unlike the other postings here, my caller id has it listed as paradise getaway! I haven't answered the calls, and no message has been left. The funny thing is that I get auto warranty calls from about 3 different numbers and I also get calls from Mortgage services, but from a totally different area code!
I just got a call from Paradise Getaway. I never answer the phone on numbers I don't recognise, so it wasn't a problem. I just don't like it when it comes through on my cell because I have to pay for it.

They either call about warranties on my car, that is about to expire, only I drive a 86 forerunner and as far as I know any warranty on my car expired a long time before I got it. They also call about my credit card interest rates. either way if i ask to be taken off the phone list they hang up, or if it is a recorded message, it says to push one to be removed. once you select option one it promptly hangs up on me. However most of the time they just hang up on me when i answer the phone, so I call back to figure out who it is and try to be removed from the list. I wish I had their cell phone #!
