its a scam! says they need a babysitter found me through care.com so didn't think much about it till i talked to my mom and started reading about this happening exact same thing and email they send is the same. just trying to get you to deposit a check for them so that you can pull cash out and transfer it to a different account that they give. i fell for it because it seemed legit its fraud and now i have to figure out how to not get screwed! so don't do it
