I received a very bizarre call from this number.  There was a strange, creepy voice whispering on the end.  I could not understand what they were saying, but they the same thing twice and when I replied, "What" they hung up.  The number is supposedly an insurance company, but seems suspicious because it is not listed, and according to some look ups, it it is a cell phone or landline in Allentown or Norristown.  I don't know what to make of it.
