This number calls incessantly, at least 4 times per night - no message.

I get phone calls from this number several times per day.  There are never any messages.

I answered once and they asked for a relative. They wouldn't say what they wanted but they continue to call and not leave messages. I called the number and it goes to an automated answered system for via interview
