This must be a robo-caller and i didn't answer quickly enough. After I said "hello" there I heard the disconnect. Assuming telemarketer and will now block.
Other sites have this number listed as 'terror' or 'phone hobbyist' (that's a new one for me...)
Any rate, supposedly it was an insurance phishing scam.
The one caller said; "I then said IF you were indeed MY Insurance Company, you would already have ALL of the Info which you need." And then (I'm guessing) hung up on them.
