Its a scam.  The IRS communicates by US Mail.

If you talk to that caller they will tell you that you owe $$$$$ which you have to pay right this second, by giving them your bank account number or credit card number.  They will say that
the police are on the way to arrest you.

Its a lie.  The caller is not from the IRS.  They are planning to spend all of your money.  Congratulations on outsmarting them.

They are thieves calling.  The IRS mails letters if there is a problem.
