Who called from 4843523426

I received the following text on my cell phone:  "FRM: 407272465614776  MSG:trying out my new phone.. send me aTXT back and titty shot 4 u lol new number.. isss...  four eight four three five two three four two six".  I don't know anyone in Pennsylvania.  Can anyone tell me what sort of scam this is?

I just found out that my son received the same text on his cell phone at about the same time I received it.

I also received a text from this number a couple of hours ago. It said, "Hey hun text me back let hookup my # FoUr eIgHt fOuR ......i feel naughty."  That's crazy. What do they even do with your phone number if you text back? I am familiar with some scams but unsure of how that would even work with the text they sent me. lol
