Company goes by Royal Homestar - they do billing for several companies...wouldn't give me any information at first until I requested a supervisor

Automated message states they are calling from my medical equipment supplier (no name) and I have an outstanding balance. This is interesting since I just visited my supplier a couple days ago and paid my full balance.
