The owner of this phone number scammed me for $1943. The information that i know of him is false. I need to locate this man and have him arrested. I found that this number has the same carrier of most of these annoying numbers have. This number was traced back to Bandwidth.com who then sold the phone number to Pinger.com who WILL NOT cooperate with the detective I have on this case, nor mysef. PLEASE if anyone can help me so I can prevent wasting money on one of these reverse cell phone look ups id appreciate it. Thanks
