Received a Robo-Call on my cell phone around 10am from (484) 403-9352, Bethlehem, PA claiming to be from the IRS about them filing a law suit against me and this was the final notice. It instructed me to call the same number for more information. IRS does not use robo-callers. When I called them, (Caller ID Blocked) they answered the phone "Hello", not as "Internal Revenue Services" I have reported them to the TIGTA and am awaiting a response from them. Beware of this number....Looks like one of the many IRS phone scams.
I got one of these call at my place of employment- a message was left instructing me to call as there was a law suite against me- so out of curiosity I called the number back- they answered IRS greeting, I told them the IRS is not after me, and to stop calling, I was told they were calling from Pakistan, and I said yeah, thought so, he said a smart mouth comment, and said luv u- and my response was not that nice at all, so I won't write it-
We just got the robo call from this number - same stern warning. Figured it was a scam and now I know it is. We might call back and have a little fun with them - waste they're time. Like the bozos who keep calling from "Windows Technical Support" saying they've detected a problem in our computer. We just laugh at them now.
