This company said they were wanting to confirm information because they were about the send payment to my provider for a topical pain relief cream. When I said I had no such perscription, she said,"have a nice day," and hung up.
10-21-2015 at 8 pm person tosha called telling me she had a topical pain cream that was approved and need information concerning what type of insurance i have and who my primary doctor was ? They knew my name , my address . I told them i did not want the cream and they did not get the information they were seeking . Tosha hung up when i started asking her about who they were and why did they need my information about my doctor and my insurance information . I called the phone # back and got a hold of a jarlene . She basic told me the same thing . I told her i called thier custom service # 1-855-371-3533 and that no one answered , person or answering service . This was a scam to get my information. I get these calls everyday. When I walk across the room and pick up the phone all I get is a recorded female voice saying, "Goodbye" . I call back and Roberto on the other end of the line starts telling me this is Rx Pharamaceuticals - blah, blah - - I tell if they call one more time I'm reporting them The number is 1-484-4088-6552. I'm about to remove my landline from my home due to these annoying phone calls. So if AT&T even cares about these landlines they should do something about these constant annoying calls.
I keep getting a call from the same number, either I answer it and they don't respond and hang up(how [***] RUDE) or miss it, and I call them back and minutes later of please hold for next available agent, recorded female voice "Good Bye"
get it one more time, I am filing a lawsuit for annoying us and they will be jobless or incomeless and in prison!!!!
