VOIP line.  Operating as "Dawson & Associates" law firm.  One woman shop as far as I can tell, so she's probably scamming from somewhere.  They say this company is related to the India debt scams, but thus far they have connected me with all clear english speaking people.  The company seems shady.  They transferred me to a debt buying company that operates as LPSG (LPS Group) (714) 230-7491 after negotiating payment arrangements to keep me from being served with a garnishment.  When asking for "Murray Douglas" the woman who answers the phone claims she can help always.
