I got a call yesterday from a lady that told me my whole social security number and tried to tell me that I owe their clients money from a loan back in either 2002 or 2012 and when I told her that I do not know who she is and to send me papers, she got very loud and yelled at me. I told her if she calls again that I will turn it to the attorney general office and then I hung up. I do believe that they are called Investigative Services Primary Solutions. They also threatened to take this matter to court and that things can get subpoenaed. I hope that they do not call me or even send me stuff since I did not get this loan or whatever it maybe.
I keep getting calls on my home phone from 484-462-2362, some lady, can't understand half of what she says, but I know it is related to one of the payday loan scams. The script, even though it is changed up a bit, is the same old crap. I refuse to call her back, I won't give them the satisfaction. My home phone does not have an outgoing message that verifies who I am, yet she left a message with the last 4 digits of my social. If these people think I owe them money, they need to send me something in the mail. This has been going on for a couple of years now, I have never been arrested, no one has come to my door or my work looking for me. They are just annoying.
Keep getting several calls a day from this number and being threatened that this ia a law firm and that they use my last four digits of my social, that this is a time sensitive matter and I don't respond they will have to go after my job, the script is always the same they can't speak proper english and they use american names, you can hear the telemarketing people in the background and they claim this is oakview law firm and they are officiers of the court. I have been getting these harassing calls for 3 years. They keep threatening me that I am going to be arrested. Every time someone gets wise to them they switch phone numbers and areas, use different names and it is always the same person calling me.
got another call this morning from eric white of oakview law firm with telemarketers in the background threatening me again of this time sensitive matter, he is either nigerian, iranian, iracian using an american name and defiling it, the script is very unresting and I have saved it with all the other numbers, he speaks very broken english. Harassing is against the law as well as threatening individuals, so his case would be trhrown out of the court. Just always unnerving me every day and evening and sometimes several times in a row.
I have received a call from this number 484-462-2362 a total of 11 times today. The first two time I sent it to my voicemail and the lady did not even realize she was talking to my voicemail. There was a lot of noise in the background and she kept asking my voicemail if it could hear her. Then she called again and left a very broken up message. The fourth time and fifth time I answered the call and informed her that I reported it to my local sheriffs, which I actually did in a previous incident regarding the same people but different number. Then I just hung up. Then she tried to call me additional 6 times back to back within 5 minutes at which point I continually sent her to voicemail and she did not leave any sort of message these times. It is just someone or some people trying to get personal banking information saying I owe a debt to them for something that another legit debt company is actually handling with me. They will change the number once you stop answering the number they are currently calling from. My local sheriffs did tell to just, if you do answer, let them know you have contacted your local authorities and reported the harassment to them, do not give them any info or verify any info they tell you they have, and hang up. This is very very annoying but I am not about to let anyone get or take anything from me without a paper trail to which they will not and cannot provide legitimately.
This time accused me of running away from this serious situation, and they assume I want to be prosecuted and served at my job and that I may lose my job and be arrested. I have contacted the authorities and fbi regarding this situation, and they said it is harassment and that it is a definate threat and that it is against the law what they are doing. I get so angry because they can't even speak clear english and again you can hear the telemarketers in the background as they call me. I don't speak to them anymore as the law enforcement has advised me and I have saved their harassing messages a few of them as proof this is really happening.
