Also when I looked at my missed call it said the number was from Swathmore, PA. I googled it and it said that the company was: Netcarrier Telecom and the county is: Delaware, and the usage: landline. Do not know if any of this information is helpful but that's what I found besides this website in my first search of the phone number.
Same exact thing happened to me. I'm a little worried this is an identity thief issue. I called the number back (normally never do that) and the number rang, then I got a "caller unavailable" message. How do we report this to the State/Feds??
It's a scam. You shouldn't have said yes! It's a new scam going around where they record you saying yes and then you are on the hook for whatever they are selling. They will charge you and if you contest the charge they play the recording of you saying yes. It's been on the news recently.
Just received a call from 484-470-0152. Person (female) asked "is J.S. there?" I told them no, and then it kicked over from what sounded like a speakerphone conversation to what sounded like somebody picking up a handset. They then said "ok, we will call back later." Whole thing sounds sketchy and I'm in the process of blocking this number.
