I keep getting calls from this numbe one call was stating that my medic allert system was ready to be shipped and was paid for in full and the shipping was paid for as well. I never ordered a medic alert system and no one else would have ordered one for me. I get this call several times a day. Yesterday I got this call and a womans voice was on the message stating that there was a return item from my bank to them that needed to be taken care of immediately and I had to get this resolved at once or they threatened legal action. They gave me another number to call I did so because I am pissed but you get a recorded message that the call has been forwarded to a voicemail. I am not dealing with these people they need to be stopped this is pur harrassment. I dont recall the Name of the sp called Company some Financial Company supposedly the number is 484-483-6286 I too am on a National Do Not Call List what good is it if jerks like this can get away with this stuff
Message left on answering machine that they are attempting to deliver medical supplies to us and to contact them to arrange delivery. We have not ordered ANY type of medical supplies. Aware that this is a scam. Info on caller ID stated calling from Chester, PA.
Dear 'customer service,' bank robbers say the same thing- we gotta make a living.
This is not a purchase/don't purchase deal, the b.s. is that this device is all paid for and the shipping has been prepaid, and blah, blah, blah. Nobody will tell you who ordered, who paid, etc. It.is.a.scam.
You are insinuating this is a legitimate sales call. There are NO legitimate unsolicited sales calls to persons who have signed up for state and local 'do not call' lists. Etc.
My grandmother keeps getting called from them. The call will not go through back to them to have them stop calling if anyone knows how to make them stop the help would be greatly appreciated.. And we have tried saying no numerous times no disrespect but it is annoying to an elderly woman when she has to keep getting up to answer the phone..
The do not call program cannot "stop" anyone from calling. Only legitimate businesses obey the do not call list, which is basically voluntary. The way people can stop this is to be aware of these scammers, and let others know of them, so their "sucker list" dries up and they stop calling all of us.
This guy calls me and leaves a message on my answering machine and acts like it's a pre-recorded message which it's not. He's very sloppy with the call and tell me to press # 3 or # 7. The moron is calling live and how do you really know what # was pressed? Anyways, he calls and tells me that someone in the family already paid for this "I've fallen and I can't get up" medical alert badge. Hell, I'm not even old enough to qualify for one of those! He tells me that the shipping is paid for along with the product and that he needs to deliver it. Normally, when I get a package delivered, I don't get a phone call from the shipping company, they just leave it on my door step or leave a note if it's something that needs a signature. My caller ID stated that the man was calling from Chester, PA. He called at 11:19 am and 11:32 am on 7/19/13. He also called from Easton, MD 410-200-9044 on June 17, 2013 at 6:34 pm. I don't know how he got this #, I just got the phone turned on 3 wks ago.
