i have received a phone call from a guy that doesnt speak that much english .first he told me that he was from payday loan of america and he tyold me to buy a green dot money pack that i was going to get for 230 and then he told me that to put money on the card and in an hour i would receive 2000dollars in my checking account right now in these days its hard to trust people i just wanted to know if this is a scam or not i didnt buy any card i just want to know if this a somekind of scam or not thank you

YES it's a scam.  Advance fee loans are illegal.  If you've already given them money then you've just learned an expensive lesson.
