Who called from 4845108000

they call and when I answer I get a dial tone. They call as much as 3 times a day

this number calls my home and cell and no one is ever on the line. I can't see the purpose of this activity. What are they getting out of it?

I got a call from them. They said they are from GE Money Care Credit.  Trying to get me to pay my bill.  Which has already been paid.

Oddly enough I get the same thing as people have already said...numerous calls a day and/or dial tone when I answer it. WHat is REALLY weird is that the number comes up as 3-484-510-8000 why is THAT???
