Recieved a call from this number yesterday. Telling me that they were investagating me for a non payment of a loan that i have.They say that they are from the Nation Wide Investagation Dept.And that legal actions were going to be put on me. to get out of it they were asking for a 936.00$ out of court or 4,863 in court costs. they are pretty good they already had my last four digits of my social,emailaddress,and place of business. i was told that because i was unable to pay that the athorities would be showing up and my job and for me to cooperate with them
Yes..someone keeps calling from the number 484-540-5365, asking for a Darrell Beecher...I have repeatedly told the man that no one lives here by that name nor do we know anyone by that name. He is becoming rude and calling and hanging up after we tell him for the 500th time he has the wrong number and to please remove our number from his list....Our number is 803-593-6530. He does not say what company he is calling about

Just got a call from a George Griffin with an indian accent who stated that his supervisor needed to speak with me. Then an officer Jack Adams gets on the phone and reads what he says is an affidivat that I am being charged with 3 counts for not paying back a loan from a Cash Advance. The loan was for $300. I stated that I know nothing about a loan and he said that a police officer would be at my place of employment and that I would spend time in jail. It is scary that they do have my last 4 digits of my social, my email address, and my bank name. However, there are no debt collectors that will do all of this and no information in the mail. Plus, it so happens that if I don't give him a committment imediately my file goes to the courthouse. BEWARE MY FRIENDS!!! BEWARE. IT IS A SCAM!!!
