It is an company that unclearly makes it sound like they are PECO and tells you that you have the state manadated right to switch your energy suplier. Wants to get your business.
When asked they identified themselves as "Experian Energy"
P.S. if you dial back the number you get a "can not connect as dialed"
Also, they are not abiding by the do not call list so they are unethical.
After weeks of not answering the phone, I decided to answer and have some fun. He was calling from Sperian Energy offering me a better electricity rate in a program affiliated with PECO. No such thing. I know all about this but played with him for 15 minutes. I asked how he knew I had not switched. He had a list. PECO doesn't share. I told him he was violating federal law and asked him to put me on the do not call list.
