This number called our business today at 2253 hours.  That's 10:53 pm.  Apparently the overseas scam artists don't understand time zones.  From the sound of my husband's ranting after they woke him up, I suspect they were either not speaking English or it was strongly accented and sounded like gibberish.

you.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on
call numbers you do not recognize.  You can always
mute the ringer.Let it go to VM.
