I would like to see the law which states that telemarketers are only permitted to call on Monday through Friday 0900-1700

These calls comes in anytime of the day and night. Firstly, this is fraud and what is the law doing about it. Asking for $75 to $100. This is nonsense. They cannot even speak proper english.
Please do something about these calls. I would like for these calls to stop.
