Who called from 4845895620

Called at 10:08pm, Caller_id showed only their phone number, no voice_mail was left.

Received call at 9:10 pm and didnt answer but It sounds like telemarketer.

I thought we had laws or rules at least to stop this kind of ****. They called my cell at night i didn't
answer. Would  like to know why the FCC doesn't do anything to catch these people and make a
responsible effort stop this kind of nuisance call. Report all you want the FCC will not do anything
about it.

Received a call from this number and a lady asked for someone, but didn't want to leave a message
