Caller called twice at 10:18 and at 10:28 pm. Did not say anything but breathed on the phone. Don't know if it was a prank call, but he was an idiot calling prank calls without a phone # block on his landline, my caller ID showed his phone number. I called this person and from his voice, he is a guy. The look up directories showed that this is a landline in Philadelphia (zone 30 area) and the phone service provider is Allegiance Telecom of Pennsylvania, Inc.
