Who called from 4846530631

Scammer message telling you that you're being sued by the IRS - oh, okay.  And if I call back, I guarantee someone is going to try to get me to pay to settle...crooks!

SCAM!  Ignored call from unrecognized number.  Went to voicemail.  Automated voice saying IRS is out to sue me.  Yeah, sure.  Delete.

Said I owed and they would seize my bank and take my house and arrest me

All lies.  It is NOT the IRS calling.  IF there was a problem, you would receive MAIL from them.

Recording saying this was my final notice---that the IRS was bringing a lawsuit against me---at the end of the message,  the "robot" inserted "you" instead of my name.
