They tell you, "Oh you must have forgotten to put your number on the list" or "Your number isn't showing as on the Do Not Call list in our system." And then they proceed to still try to sell you overpriced home-delivered groceries. When I told my guy I was going to report Five Star Home Foods to the FTC for violating the DNC rule, he swore at me and hung up. Very professional. NOT.

They are located in King of Prussia, Pa. So the simple solution is this. You report them to the DNC and i will give you the link to that as well as report them to both the PA and NJ AG. Remember that you can sue them for TCPA violations and get $500 per call with possible treble or actual damages.
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
