Fake collection agency. "Forwarding matters to local court." I've been getting these calls for almost a year. I have no outstanding debts. My credit report proves it. I wonder when I'm gonna get that court summons....LOL.
Just another bogus debt collector trying to cash in on debts that are out of statute of limitations. Got a call this afternoon. The guy said I owed an MCI bill from 2000. I never had an account with MCI and even if I did, the statute of limitations in my state is 4 years. It's 2011. Nice try, a-holes.
These [***] called me again. I have a lawyer and she will put together a cease and desist letter from contacting me again that I will send CERTIFIED mail. If this has happened to you, do what I am about to do. Certified mail will send a receipt back to you that they've received it and they have to legally comply or you can sue them for harassment!!!
Got a call from this # 4842850300. Talking about a law suit and what is going on, told me I need to call this # immediately and what will happen if not. Tired of these people calling
