Called and stated that I owed money from a payday loan in 2012. The were taking me to court for check fraud. Named my daughter and brother's name/ saying they called them. Now I would be served at my job. They had my address, last four of my social and my bank that I use WTH. I told them I am reporting them to FTC. Told the gentleman do what you have to do. I never took out a loan.
Voicemail message from this number - gave name as Diane x 3003. Said before they proceed in Federal & state court against me, I should call or have my attorney call them. FEDERAL court? Don't think so! NOT calling them back. Did phone look-up - not a good number.
Talked so softly on vm and said something about fraud and claims. I have good credit and all my bills are paid, so very annoyed by getting these calls. She didnt even have my current name which has been changed 7 years ago. Any claims in state of PA over 4 years is invalid without original paperwork distributed first. Blocked.
