Answered call, got switched to ''live operator'' woman comes on asking who she was talking to...i said who's asking, lol. She said she was "kathy'' from ''cvcs'' - or it sounded like she said cvcs anyway - i told her that THAT told me a whole lot and what did she want, while she kept asking if i was so & so and wouldn't tell me what the call was about....i hung up.

I now let the call go to an answering machine. I answered once a while ago and they were condescending, and rude and I hung up on them when they pushed for my name. Don't know what it was if it was still and don't care to find out!
