Who called from 4847181428

Received a cryptic text with my name but no other comment is I think this is a scam to lure me into replying and asking who it is.  Not going to fall for that.  If it's a legitimate text, the person would have provided more information.

I got the same thing, a text with hi and my name. So glad u posted!

Same happened to me.  Thanks for starting this thread.  I'm not sure how they are getting my name.  Here is the message:
