Keep calling for money will not give information but wants 500. they say i owe a payday loan from CASH ADVANCE They also call my work serveral times a day But they refuse to give any information on this so call debt. They have also use 484-378-0007.
This so called person Savavador has called my place of work up to 30 times back to back blocking all 4 lines. He is causing distress to all the employees as well as placing our senior community in danger. If the phone lines are tied up with him we would need to use a personal cell to contact 911. I have reported to the FTC, called FCC, the police department , BBB, The Attorney Generals office. I was actually on the line with a lawyers office when he was calling. Who are these people?
This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I have received multiple calls from the same India guy. He has given me different names and it is really hard to understand him. A person I know gave my number as a reference for some auto loan. I have told the guy to stop calling me, he is harassing me, and that I have called the police about his calls. He has left messages with phone numbers of the above and 4848410121 all claiming legal action. This is total BS and I can't block the incoming calls because they are unidentified numbers.
