They called me. There was a pause after I said, "Hello.” Then a female, hard to understand voice, asked if I was the one who pays the electric bill. I said, "No, the landlord pays it,” and hung up.
Caller Id said PLMCO 484-841-7030 Called me... heard a bloop then woman came on.. I said "Hello... what do you want?" She said, "Answer the phone better." lol I hung up
