They called from this number twice today. Guy stated his name was Sylvester King but had a very thick Indian accesent. He said he had all my banking, work, and home info as well with the last four of my ss#. Can this please be looked into.
This number 484-891-0020 has called my business repeatedly asking to speak to an employee. They called 24 times today in a 20 min. period. I did tell them I would charge them with harrassment. No avail. I called the number back and someone did answer the phone.
I think it's a debt collector, but they are calling the WRONG person. I've told them repeatedly that this is a new number for me and that I don't know the person they are trying to reach. They call back to back to back...annoying.

Getting your problem "looked into" is no one's job here. This is a database, not a consumer issue strike force.
I'll take a leap we're talking about an extortionist who claims to be collecting on payday loan debt. Such agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.
My notes from October 2011 on payday loan and "hot check" collectors are linked below.
