William North works for a collection agency by the name of Eastern Revenue Inc., it's a collections call. He's also a sneaky douche, he likes to leave messages saying he has a great opportunity for you... he doesn't. I called late-night on Christmas to ensure he'd be out, and got his voicemail which, if it's an "emergency," directs you to call the "main office" (he gives the number). Internet search shows that the company who's voicemail you then reach, Eastern Revenue Inc., is a collections agency... the 8669 number is on their site.

I rec'd the same call from him saying he was looking for my son to give him some information he asked for. My son would never give my number for something like that.
