they call nonstop, then it's a recording telling you to hold, there's no excuse for anyone calling you to make you hold. finally, they get on, don't say where they are calling from, refuse to give you any information until you verify your personal information. bad business, you call me, you should be a live person, you should tell what the call pertains to. she told me she'd call back, I told her I'd Blick them, which I did.
