Called AT&T and they said it was an international call, but when they tried to call it they got a busy signal. Told me to answer it next time and tell them not to call anymore, then call AT&T and they will credit the 1 minute call which is $2.59. Hope this helps someone else. If you ever see a + sign in front of the number it is an international call.
This number will not quit calling me im it calls me in class so i have to make sure my phone is on silent ive already got my phone taken away once for this i try to call it and it says its unavailable
