Definitely a scammer!  Look at how the "captain" wrote his name in the first post: "CAPT JAME'S WOLF" - What's with the apostrophe?  
And "UNITED STATE ARMY DEPARTMENT" - Nigerian scammers often refer to the U.S. as "United State," omitting the plural.
