I live in AR and thought this was a local call, so I answered it. Turned out to be a robo call from a bottom feeding law firm looking for women who took an antidepressant while pregnant and gave birth to a child with problems. They do offer the option of "press 3 to be removed from our database," but since that usually only confirms that they've reached a working number, their number will be added to my call blocker instead.
When I called the number back to find out the name of the law firm, got a recording saying that they're a telemarketing service and that their software "did not recognize my number as one of their subscribers, followed by a disconnect.
Since theirs also seems to be a working number and not a spoofed caller ID for a change, reporting them to FCC for "no call list" violation might actually be worth the effort.
Where did they get my cell number??? I answered because it was my area code. All I got was a beep. When I called back all I got was the name below and "your number..." then it ended. T
