I received the same call! Three days in a row. It is a total scam saying they have been retained and if I don;t call I am forfeiting my rights. No name and no business name if you attempt to call back after hours. Wanted my employers number to "serve" me. Total scam! I have no debt
Debt collector using illegal practices. Says they have court papers to deliver unless I pay. It is for a debt over 10 years in age according to them. And I never had that credit card. Do not talk to them. I told them to deliver whatever court papers they want to deliver. Take note: the courts themselves send court action papers not the debt collector...if they had a court action they wouldn't be calling to settle it and it is ILLEGAL to threaten that they have a court action when they don't.
I am reporting you. you are calling for someone that left the country over 9 years ago and you are harrasing us. we have nothing to do with whomever your harrasing us for!!!!!
Listen. This company is stupid. They call at least three times a week for someone who is a family member of ours. I told them that I know her and stop calling my house. They wont stop. I know skip tracing is the only way to track down people who owe money and I would do it too but you have to do this within the laws in your state. I have told them to stop and they keep calling. I have reported them to the FTC but now I am gonna have some fun with them. Let the games begin!
