Final Notice from Card Holder Services. How many of these calls have I received? How about 1,000 over the years. It must work for them. Do they actually offer lower interest rates on better cards? Or do they just get our Credit Card numbers and then take advantage of consumers? If that is the case, why has the FBI and the federal consumer agency not shut them down? Seriously. If this is what they are doing, ripping off people, then there out to be a huge investigation, tracking of phone calls and phone centers, people arrested and indicted, and convicted. I do not understand. Explain, anyone. I did call the FBI once. They seemed kind of insulted that I was telling them about this, because they already knew. Ok, so fix it. tks
The continued harassment from these folks seems to be condoned. The "Heather" (same company) folks were fined heavily, but only paid a small amount. Same recording, different names...as a senior citizen I feel targeted by the excessive calling. It is abusive.
