This woman just called me screaming at me over my ambulance bill. When I tried telling her what was going on, she started screaming and wouldn't let me talk!

Karen Day is very rude! I've told her several times that this is a business number. She is leaving messages overnight for an employee. No matter how many times I tell Karen that we do not accept personal calls and do not give out personal information she keeps calling and got very rude with me the last time she called. I want to report her but she won't give me her company information since I'm not the person she's trying to reach.
Noticed a Karen Day calling every day. Left one message for someone with my first name ...wrong number..blocked her so she can't leave messages. Saw she called twice today. Called back and she answered. Asked her who she was calling...said she didn't know what number I was calling from...told her I knew she had caller ID and to tell me who she wanted. She became rude and says today is May 18th and not my day to listen to a rude person like you...you call me back tomorrow...I told her to go to H ... and that I was reporting her to my local PD. She hung up.
