Probably a scam. I don't know anyone in Arkansas, and they didn't leave a message.

Called its  from Verizon fios , asking to switch voip phone to Verizon and put me hold forever, lot of noise background

Said they were my Verizon account manager but had poor English skills and called from an unidentified number?  Verizon spams me regularly with robot calls hawking fits and they always are identified as verizon.   I hung up on him.
