I think it is a debt collector...they can change the number to reflect your same area code...a local number.  Do you live in 501 area code or does your number start with 501?

They call me and I pick up no one is there

I think this is another scam.  What do these companies not get about the Do Not Call list?  I think there are large fines for violating the law, it just takes a long time for the AG and FTC to get around to prosecuting them.  You can do it individually if you can ever figure out who to sue.

After some digging around I've been able to determine the following:

Worldwide Commerce Associates Inc. is not based in the United States of America. The address given in the Privacy Policy is that of a company offering Virtual Offices in Las Vegas, NV. They also offer to field calls in their call center for their clients, ensuring that you won't be able to speak to an actual representative from the "company". WHOIS Queries place the administrative contact as being a company called  REVENUE PATH E-CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, based out of WANAWADI, Maharashtra PUNE, India. The administrative contact is listed as Natasha Shutov, phone number +357.25724362, email [email protected]
