Claimed it was IRS and a lawsuit is being filed. The guy had a strong accent, Middle Eastern or South Asian. I heard background chatter, like some calling Mohamet Mohamet (or Mahammed?). Probably Moslem ISIL or Al Qaeda or some terrorists trying to raise funds to rent guns, trucks or something. I hung up. Time to get a call blocker.
